Description:
Aged for 36 to 48 months on the lees in the chalk cellars. The wine has maturity and presence. It is delicately fruity and elegant. A hint of apricot followed by buttered brioche. Marvellous balance of the low dosage and the full bodiness of this champagne.
Ratings:
“A very fruity style that is light, fresh and crisp on the finish.” Tom Stevenson.
“A ripe, ebullient nose with a hint of cough-candy. Well-balanced and harmonious on the palate with a citrus, minerally core. Well-structured with a nutty note on the finish. This has real character and charm.” Wine-Journal.com.
