Description:
All the grapes in this blend have been harvested in vineyards formerly owned by the Abbey of Clairvaux, dating from the 12th Century. One third of the first fermentation took place in oak “foudre”, barrels containing 5 000 litres.
Rich gold in colour with hints of amber and copper. Complex and fruity, dominated by ripe peach and mandarin. Concentrated flavours of preserved fruits; rich, yet fresh, crispy and mellow. Very long finish.
